HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) - The Probate Court of Madison County announced the closure of its offices on Thursday due COVID-19.
Probate Judge Frank Barger made the announcement via Twitter.
To protect our staff & the public, all offices of the Probate Court of Madison County are closed effective immediately due to COVID-19 exposure. We will confirm date/time of reopening via social media on Sunday, 1/3. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you. Probate Judge Frank Barger (@JudgeBarger) December 31, 2020

Madison County Probate Judge Frank Barger said in a tweet on Thursday “To protect our staff & the public, all offices of the Probate Court of Madison County are closed effective immediately due to COVID-19 exposure.
Barger said they will confirm the date and time for reopening on social media on Sunday, Jan. 3.
