fighters are short on heavy weapons the once they have in many cases were seized from gadhafi s forces. this is a 70s era soviet-made grad rocket launcher. they don t have a lot of rockets, but they just had a delivery. they laid 17 on the ground so they can load that launcher. these rockets made probably late 70s, early 80s, more than 30-years-old. on the sides of the boxes it says, parts of bulldozer from tripoli. it says they were made in yeah made in korea, dpr korea or democratic people s republic of korea, which stands for north korea. apparently that was the source 30 years ago of these grad rockets that the rebels now have. heather: great insight for us, thank you. rick leventhal streaming live from misrata.
