This Vegan Cabbage Dish Is Perfect for a Cosy Book Club

This Vegan Cabbage Dish Is Perfect for a Cosy Book Club Share Today’s email comes to us from way down south, as in the southern hemisphere: I recently joined a new book club and I am hosting for the first time. Due to the Venn diagram of everyone’s dietary restrictions, everything must be vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free, although eggs are fine. Meeting these restrictions just for a casual weeknight dinner is no problem, but I’d like to think I’m a pretty good home cook and had my heart set on showing off a little. This Pork Tenderloin Is Easy Enough for a Kid to Cook

This Pork Tenderloin Is Easy Enough for a Kid to Cook Share Hello everyone, and welcome back to Prix Fixed, Lifehacker’s menu-planning advice column. This week’s email is a request for a Father’s Day dinner that can be prepared by three (3) 12-year-olds, and I am very excited about it: Greetings, Claire! I love your writing/recipes and have a menu request. I have 12-year-old triplets who hope to make a Father’s Day dinner for their dad. They have basic cooking skills can chop things, use an oven, cook in a skillet, follow a recipe, measure correctly, use the mixer, etc. They have cooked and baked before but would need specific instructions. For example, unlike the first person they would have no idea when fish is done without a temp to check for (we do have meat thermometers) or a time/temp for the oven. Essentially I think they could follow a plan suitable for a novice adult.
