BDA violates land allocation norm at
Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout
The
Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) is supposed to ensure proper allocation of land for civic amenities sites, parks and broad roads at
private layouts while approving such layouts. However, people who were allotted
residential sites at Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout are blaming the BDA for violating the norm.
They are complaining about the lack of provision for 12-metre
vertical roads at the layout. They allege that BDA engineers have reduced the width of the roads from 12 metres to 9 metres at Kommaghatta Block 4, Sector D.
