The partnership will enable the two organisations to jointly identify opportunities globally, with Pegatron providing the 5G connectivity layer and Tech Mahindra offering end-to-end 5G services.
Nokia 5G: “This agreement, spanning Nokia wireless, software, and infrastructure, is designed to accelerate the implementation and adoption of Industry 4.0 applications and use cases across Thai enterprises,” said Ajay Sharma, Head of Thailand and Cambodia at Nokia.
VVDN said the private 5G solution comprises its indigenously designed ORAN Radio Units (RUs), customised CU/DU, and 5G Core. “The solution is completely designed, developed, integrated, and fully tested by VVDN,” the company said.
