PRINCETON, NJ Princeton University s application for the proposed Lake Campus project in West Windsor was approved by officials recently.
The West Windsor Planning Board unanimously voted to approve the site plans.
The site is located along Washington Road and Route 1 and is near the Delaware and Raritan Canal.

The planning board approved the application but with a few conditions, that will be made available once the resolution is adopted in June.
The plan includes 379 graduate housing units and a 180,000 square foot Raquet center for Lake Campus North. The housing units will include bike storage rooms, a cafe, a kids playroom, community room among other amenities.

The planning board for West Windsor is slated to review plans Wednesday night to develop a 60-acre Princeton University site that will be called “Lake Campus North.” The site is located north of Washington Road.
Princeton University officials are proposing to build a 329,000-square-foot graduate student housing complex that will include 379 apartments in three buildings. The proposed buildings are three stories tall. The complex will include a cafe and community room, a garden, a play space, a volleyball court, and barbeque areas.
