Join us for Sunday Worship Service in the University Chapel with Rev. Alison L. Boden, Dean of Religious Life and of the Chapel at Princeton University. Music by the Princeton University Chapel Choir with Nicole Aldrich, Director of Chapel Music and of the University Chapel, and Eric Plutz University Organist. All persons, including members of the broader community, are welcome to attend this event if they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 if over age 12. Face coverings must be worn at all times by everyone over age 2. Registration is required for contact tracing purposes.

More than 2,900 children to Benefit from Princeton Area Community Foundation COVID-19 Relief & Recovery Fund grants for summer programs

The Princeton Area Community Foundation has awarded $199,000 in COVID-19 Relief & Recovery Fund grants to nonprofits holding summer programs that will include instruction to help students overcome learning loss caused by the pandemic.
“Through these grants, we are helping 25 nonprofits engage 2,900 children in educational and social-emotional learning programs,” Jeffrey M. Vega, president and CEO of the Community Foundation, said in a prepared statement. “We know COVID-19 caused significant disruptions to education, especially for students living in under-resourced communities, and we hope these grants will help young people rebound from some of that learning loss and re-engage children in the many community-based prog

The Princeton Area Community Foundation (PACF) awarded over $2 million to more than 50 local nonprofits in its second phase of COVID-19 Relief & Recovery Grant funding activities.
Thanks to the philanthropic spirit of the community, and donor contributions, PACF awarded grants to organizations focused on immediate needs such as food insecurity, healthcare, housing, mental health, and other social service needs, as well as helping children in the region continue educational activities and reduce learning loss, according to information provided by PACF.
In addition to the grants focusing on immediate needs, more than a dozen nonprofits received organizational capacity-building grants for work aligned with nonprofit recovery and rebuilding.
