Mr Jobson noted this was very unlikely to change under the Queen or Prince Charles, however.
This comes after the Duke addressed the accusation the Royal Family is racist during an outing to a school this week.

Aides had earlier insisted he would not be answering questions about the mental health of sister-in-law Meghan or about former staff who complained about their treatment.
One aide had said to reporters before the school visit: They won t be answering questions and they d rather you didn t ask them. In a school environment it s not appropriate.
But, as the couple departed, several questions were fired at them and, unlike his father Prince Charles earlier this week, William chose to answer.
It was perhaps telling that he and his brother still had not spoken four days after the jaw-dropping, two-hour TV show.

“But I think you can sense even from those little clips that William basically doesn t quite know and can t understand what his brother is doing and I think there s a sense of frustration.
“And that s why he wanted to try and put his side even very briefly out to everybody so they can see that the family are obviously deeply concerned.
