Honeymoon Palava, one of the most expected movies in the country right now is about to hit Nigerian cinemas from Friday, April 2, 2021 and it features top Nollywood stars.
The Nollywood flick features top actors such as Deyemi Okanlawon, Yvonne Jegede, Ufuoma Mcdermott, Prince Jide Kosoko, Lateef Adedimeji, Bimbo Thomas, Nkechi Blessing Sunday, Bianca Ugowanne, Omilani Olayinka, Taiwo Adeyemi, Semilore Adewumi and a host of other amazing acts. The movie was written by Bob Saviour with Idowu Adedapo as the Director of Photography (DOP).

Highly anticipated Nollywood film, “2 Weeks in Lagos” is set for release on February 12, after the initial postponement due to the Covid-19.
The true Lagos love story features top Nollywood stars from the old to the young and the new such as Mawuli Gavor, Toyin Abraham, Beverly Naya, Joke Silva, Shaffy Bello, Deyemi Okanlawon, Jide Kosoko, Yaw, Tina Mba, Patrick Nnamani, Efe Irele, Uto Usman and a host of others.
“2 Weeks in Lagos” was directed by Canada-based award-winning director, Kathryn Fasegha, whose debut project titled, “Treacherous Heart” won awards for Best Drama in Diaspora at the African Oscars in the US.

It was before a quality crowd that the Chidia Maduekwe led Nigerian Film Corporation (NFC), organisers of the yearly Zuma international Film Festival, unveiled recipients of the special awards instituted to recognise practitioners who contributed in no small measure to the growth and development of the audio-visual industry in Nigeria.
The recipients Prince Jide Kosoko, Chiwetalu Agu, Usman Baba Pategi aka Samaja and Segun Aina Padonu aka Segun Arinze- all popular faces and long standing practitioners in the motion picture industry received the Long Time Achievement crest at the impressive ceremony held at the NAF Conference Centre and Suites, Abuja. The late Cinematographer Jonathan Amu received a posthumous award, while Alhaji Mohammed Labbo of the Nigerian Television Authority and Senator Philip Tanimu Aduda was recognised for their support to the NFC in the fulfillment of their mandate.
