These remarks sparked confusions among royal watchers over which wedding was the official one.
Hours after the Oprah interview first aired, a source close to the Sussexes said that, speaking to the US journalist, Meghan was describing a private exchange of vows.
Her legal marriage to Prince Harry, they added, took place on May 19.
During the two-hour landmark interview, Prince Harry also lifted the lid on the relationship with his father.
The Duke of Sussex claimed Prince Charles stopped taking his calls after he had two conversations with him over his plans to quit as full-time working royal.
Charles wore a disposable face mask as he toured Jesus House in Brent Cross, meeting NHS and church staff working on the vaccination pop-up clinic as well as community members due to receive their jab.
He seemed at ease as he chatted to the workers including one woman who said she was from Nigeria.
The prince replied: Oh fantastic, yes, I ve been there. Lots of different ethnic groups. Do give them my kind regards next time you speak to them.

When Harry was asked about the Crown during an appearance of The Late Late Show with James Corden, The Duke replied: It’s fictional. But it’s loosely based on truth. Of course, it’s not strictly accurate but it loosely gives you a rough idea of that lifestyle and the pressure of putting duty and service above family and everything else and what can come from that.”
According to Mr Hodgson, Harry could have more to defend his father s public image when presented with an opportunity to rubbish The Crown.
The royal author said: I can’t ever remember Harry supporting his father – even as recently as on the Late Late Show.

The Duke of Cornwall is far more concerned about his father s condition, than he is about Meghan and Harry s forthcoming interview with Oprah Winfrey. A source told the Mail on Sunday: He is a man who feels emotions keenly and is far more concerned about the Duke of Edinburgh than whatever Oprah Winfrey is up to in California. The Oprah interview will be aired this Sunday on CBS in the US, before being broadcast in the UK by ITV on Monday evening.
