Little did Kurt Isenbarger know that a family ski trip to New York would end with a new business venture.
Isenbarger was on the slopes of Holiday Valley Resort, near Buffalo, in January when he was drawn in by the smell of sweet Belgian liege waffles cooking at Waffle Cabin.
He said it was the best waffle he ever ate an impressive feat considering Isenbarger has traveled around the world and has eaten liege waffles across Europe.
It was so good, he bought a Waffle Cabin franchise and is opening his own shop inside the Cross Creek Mall in Fayetteville.
