Cypress Waters’ tallest building kicks off construction
Project is the largest North Texas office development to begin during COVID-19 pandemic.

Construction has started on the tallest building in the booming Cypress Waters development northwest of Dallas.
The 10-story office building is on Olympus Boulevard overlooking North Lake. Designed by Dallas’ O’Brien Architects, the building will include 300,000 square feet of space.
Plans for the project have been in the works for more than a year.
With several recent leases at Cypress Waters, project developer Billingsley Co. is moving ahead with the high-rise.
