DUBAI: Yemen’s Marib deputy governor Abd-Rabbu Miftah has asked UNICEF to support efforts by local authorities to respond to the growing needs of internally displaced people (IDP) in the country. Miftah made the requests during talks held on Tuesday with UNICEF’s representative in Yemen, Philippe Duamelle, who is on an official visit in Marib, reported state agency Saba.
