Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić said that it is clear that it is not enough to change one law, because in Montenegro very often one law endangers another and that intersection between individual laws has not been made. It is noticed that in March 2021, we have 137 persons who receive compensation upon termination of office, and that expenditure on a monthly basis in the net amount is EUR 181,313, and in the gross amount is EUR 293,619. Zdravko Krivokapić congratulated all students in Montenegro on 4 April – Students Day. On that occasion, the Prime Minister addressed the students in the building of the Rectorate of the University of Montenegro, saying that a student is the same as freedom, because, as he said, if we have a free and educated people, we do not have to worry about the future. The future is certain then. We face many challenges, but our strength is our youth and what you bring as acquired knowledge, competencies, skills that you will incorporate into our society, said PM Krivokapić.

The Government led by Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić respects the continuity of international obligations of Montenegro, as well as the decisions of all international institutions.
Also, the Government respects the Declaration of Acceptance of the Resolution of the European Parliament adopted by the Parliament of Montenegro in 2009, which condemns the crime of genocide in Srebrenica committed in 1995, as well as all other war crimes committed during the conflict in the former Yugoslavia.
The Government of Montenegro neither wants nor can change the decisions of international courts, but neither to declare some nations genocidal and others holy, because that is contrary to the principle that every crime is individual, that it has specific perpetrators and, unfortunately, specific victims and that specific individual
