The Commonwealth Ports Authority and Phoenix Services Inc., the yacht firm contracted by Imperial Pacific International (CNMI) LLC back in 2016, have reached a settlement agreement in the ongoing breach of contract lawsuit CPA filed with the District Court for the NMI.
SENIOR Judge Marilyn L. Huff of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California will preside over the lawsuit filed by the Commonwealth Ports Authority against two companies
The two yacht companies that brought five yachts to the CNMI pursuant to a business scheme with Imperial Pacific International (CNMI) LLC have denied allegations by the Commonwealth Ports Authority that they failed to keep up with the lease payments for use of the CNMI’s commercial docks.
