Firefighters Tackle Industrial Fire In Newport

Firefighters have tackled an industrial fire in Newport.
Crews from Newport, Cowes and East Cowes were called to the incident, near Prices Garage, on Pan Lane shortly before 7.30pm last night (Monday).
Thick black smoke could be seen billowing into the air at the height of the blaze.
Police were also called to the scene.
The fire was located in a 6m x 3m metal container.
