The shooting happened around 7:10 p.m. in the 600 block of E. 22nd St., police said.  Both shooting victims were taken to the hospital, where the 43-year-old woman died. The other victim was listed in stable condition late Thursday night, police said. Police on Friday morning identified the deceased victim as Levonne Kellam
