then we plug in the information on the cash for iphones website. so the website is telling me i could make up to $783 on these iphones. reporter: it says it is non-binding quote is pending inspections. so we ship the phones. off it goes. reporter: two weeks later we receive our final price quotes, $114. nearly $700 less than the original quote. the reason for the massive difference? cash for iphones citing the condition of the phones but don t give specifics and up to the minute market conditions. we want our phones back. so we try to call. 16 minutes. i just got hung up on. reporter: and calling. and calling. just hung up. on day four, we finally speak to someone about our phones. i never agreed to this lower quote. reporter: the representative telling us our payment has already been processed. we asked for an interview with cash for iphones president david kruchin, his lawyer declined. we tried to catch him at his office outside of reno, nevada.
