I have also sat with representatives of the city millennium park, representatives of the four seasons and under this roof. They did not want to negotiate in good faith, wh

Im concerned about the height of the buildings [speaker not understood] to be constructed. Im concerned about the traffic. Im concerned about the Pedestrian Safety in the area. However, i want to say that i along with my fellow residents totally support the Mexican Museum that is to be constructed there. We are members of other museums in the area and when the Mexican Museum is constructed, we certainly will be members of that as well. I just would like to say that if this project goes ahead and if i look out my window and i see this building going up and i see shadows going up over the areas that we have been talking about and i see Traffic Congestion and pedestrian problems that weve been talking about, i would feel very bad if i had not come here to speak to you and express my concerns about this project. Here now are two of the men behind the plan. D. C. S City Council chairman Phil Mendelsohn and Montgomery County councilman mark elrich. There you both are, excellent. Thank you both for joining me. Chairman, if Companies Went out and did this would be price fixing, bid rigging. Why can counties do this and it is not illegal . I dont think that analogy works at all. Melissa why not . This isnt about price fixing this is about Public Policy and
