We are outside of the ted williams tunnel where hundreds of faulty construction nuts are expected to be replaced, even in the midst of these repairs, though, d. O. T. Officials maintain all big dig tunnels are safe. The hustle and bustle in boston is nothing new, and some would say big dig issues arent either.
