Ask Adrian: My daughter has been booted off our family our Netflix account – why?

Question: We have had a Netflix account that my wife and two kids use. However, my daughter has gone to college in the Netherlands and recently received a communication from Netflix stating she can no longer use our account and has to set up her own account. They seem to suggest that the account refers to one location only. As my son will probably be going to college in Poland in the coming months, l’m sure he will be in the same boat. Any advice greatly appreciated. Joe Kelly
