He knew a female that was at the door and he was kind of surprised by her visit that early in the morning. He gets pushed into his door by two men. Catherine it happened last night on the corner of capitol and montana in San Francisco. In the ocean view neighborhood. That chp officer was part of a task force that had surrounded a stolen car. What seemed routine changed in a flash when the driver took off. Hitting the officer and dragging him for a short distance. In the middle of all that the officer managed to shoot the suspect.
