Legislation violations in rent payment for land revealed in Kyiv State Administration for total amount of more than UAH 100 mln 3 min read
As a result of the searches conducted in the department of land resources of Kyiv City State Administration, employees of the State Fiscal Service (SFS) exposed the fact of tax evasion on an especially large scale by a number of enterprises, the press service of the State Fiscal Service said on Wednesday. It was established that the director of one of the enterprises, from 2013 to the present, used land plots without registration of title documents for them, did not pay rent for communal property. Such actions entailed grave consequences to public interests in the form of non-receipt of funds for rent in the amount of more than UAH 19 million, the message says.
