They got him out and got him handcuffed and immediately decontaminated h for the clear out and the pepper spray. The Sheriffs Department had no idea if any of this had anything to do with his death. They point out he was found dead in his cell one week later. In the wake of last months arrest of three of the officers for the beating death of inmate Michael Tyree the sheriff is vowing transparency. I am vowing information to ensure that they have a clear depiction of what happened. They are counting on the medical examiner to determine how he died.
