i played pool all the time. ran the place. on saturday nights, about once a month, we would close the place. and we would open it up to professional pool players. they were gambling down here. even though it was illegal, this place was full. the police chief would sit right there. he has a great pool player. saturday night, we would close the place. my mom would cook hamburgers all night. have these guys that toured the south. they were characters big are than life. and i would rack balls until the sun came up. we had three tables facing the other way. each pocket full of $100 bills. i seen car titles passed. car titles? that s the best. i never saw car titles pass. one thing learned, pressure playing pool for 20 bucks when you have 10. what about that?
