The Pechersk Court in Kyiv imposed travel restrictions on Oleksandr Dubinsky on Aug. 10. The lawmaker is currently under investigation for a vacation abroad during wartime. Dubinsky is not allowed to leave Kyiv Oblast without permission from a judge, must hand in his passport, and must wear an electronic bracelet until Oct. 8.
Lawmaker Oleksandr Dubinsky said via social networks on Aug. 9 that he has been declared a suspect of the falsification of official documents in a case related to his recent travel abroad.
The State Bureau of Investigation reportedly searched the office of Volodymyr Kolodyuk, the assistant of lawmaker Oleksandr Dubinsky, on Aug. 5 over the alleged forging of documents during Dubinsky's travel abroad, according to an undisclosed source of Ukrainska Pravda.
Lawmaker Oleksandr Dubinsky is being investigated for a leisure trip abroad during wartime, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and State Bureau of Investigation (DBP) stated on Aug. 3.
