This includes the National Fish Habitat Conservation through partnerships provision, a bill i championed. This title establishes a National Fish habitat board that supports a successful Publicprivate Partnership to restore fish habitat. I would like to thank the Ranking Member of the Natural Resources committee, rob bishop, and the Ranking Member of the subcommittee on water, oceans and wildlife, tom mcclintock. Election in 41 days. Let me repeat that, yesterday at a news conference, President Trump refused to commit to a peaceful transfer of power should he lose the election in 41 days. We are going to have to see what happens, he said. Ive been complaining strongly about the ballots and ballots are a disaster. Press further, the president said get rid of the ballots, there wont be a transfer, frankly, a continuation, get rid of the ballots and there wont be a transfer, there will be a continuation.
