But in the words of instrumental music program leader Chris Ballentine, his kids are highly adaptable.
Limitations on crowd size means the entire 300-member marching band has yet to perform anywhere as a complete unit. They went on the road for every football game since Cottingham Stadium is being rebuilt, and most stadiums would allow only a fraction of the complete membership.
They performed concerts “virtually,” meaning portions of the band performed separately and the whole unit was spliced together for online consumption.
