The energy and excitement continued to build for Marietta College students, employees, alumni, and friends who were striving to reach the This is the Time Comprehensive Campaign’s $100 million goal.
President Bill Ruud, who has led Marietta College for nearly seven years and helped reposition it as a student-ready institution, announced on Monday, February 20th, that he is leaving the College to pursue other opportunities. His final day will be on or before June 30, 2023.
Marietta College employees are invited to attend the annual Opening Convocation from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., Thursday, August 18th, in the Dyson Baudo Recreation Center. Employees will hear from President Ruud and other members of the senior leadership team.
