Dr Farooq Abdullah Discharged From Hospital
SRINAGAR: Former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister and National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah who was admitted to the Sher-i-Kashmir institute of medical sciences (SKIMS) Soura Srinagar for COVID-19 treatment, was discharged on Wednesday.
Taking to social networking site Twitter, NC Vice President Omar Abdullah wrote: “5 days after being admitted to SKIMS, Srinagar with COVID my father was discharged this evening.He will continue the rest of his recovery & recuperation at home. My father & the entire family are indebted & deeply grateful to the doctors, nursing staff & others at the institute.”
