Hundreds of sugarcane growers, led by Bhartiya Kisan Union (Doaba) President Manjit Singh Rai and general secretary Satnam Singh Sahni today started their indefinite dharna at the Phagwara Sugar Mill Chowk, and blocked the Ludhiana Jalandhar national highway.
