But in the intensive interviews that started three years ago with people of former president s and ceos id start the interviews with the same question. If you were interviewing a candidate for the presidency like you were doing a Job Interview what questions would you ask . What would the first question be, and i sort of assumed the traditional answers i would get is id ask about character, Decision Making.
