that will be next tuesday. anything can happen, make no mistake. we ll be talking about the results one week from tonight. we ll know the results hopefully in all states. five senate races in more than two dozen house races are within two points. this is why i m not poll pollyannaish, why don t want to create a condition where people are overly enthusiastic. within two points. that s five states. that s within the balance of power in congress. a few thousand votes can decide whether or not joe biden and his radical left democrat social party will have key control over your government. other races are within two points including in the state of new york. all the races are tight. in 2016, thick about this, polls showed donald trump losing handily and then he shocked the world and won the election if you look at three key states in 2016 they were at were decided by a combined 77,000 votes in 2020, the margin for joe biden which is 43,000 votes and three swing states despite the
forward. we need you not only to join with us both stay with us as we move to the house and the senate and the presence desk. your town halls, sean, have been tremendous, talking about solutions. it s so important to have the house and the senate. because it gives us an ability to repeal these regulations with the coming congressional review act which is 51 votes in the senate. we can do reconciliation with 51 votes in senate and put a bill on the president s desk. we have the appropriations process. so they are a number of ways we can achieve what we talk about in the commitment, even though the president is sitting as an office right now. hannity: let me ask you this then, because the one big power congress will have, if you have the house and the senate especially, that s the part of the purse. the ability to fund government are not. i d bet everything i had that there is gonna come a point where democrats are in and say,
the bill, if we can do that, people will have an opportunity to offer their amendments and have their voices heard to try to improve the bill, and hopefully by friday of next week, we will have a vote. it will enable us to put a bill on the presence desk. shannon: if you don t get there, what do you make of this? just repeal the whole thing and we will figure out the rest later? you know, i voted for repeal, i would vote for repeal again, but we have the responsibility to make sure that we put something in place that protects people with pre-existing conditions and that ensures those who are right now in plans that they can t use, deductibles that are out of sight, have opportunities to purchase insurance that works for them, so i think that doing this at the same time is the right way to approach this, i hope that we can get this done, but clearly we have members who would like to see the repeal comforts, but eventually, we have to come back with what we would do to replace that,
