A new Lincoln Hygiene Network initiative, called the Senior Hygiene Closet Program, will provide collections of hygiene products specifically for senior residents starting in January.
Last month, Community Action’s Gathering Place set a record for the number of meals served to those in Lincoln experiencing hunger. Throughout October, 5,053 free hot, nutritious meals were served.
