Based on some emails parents have told us about, its a student on the miramonte high swim team. They recently competed in a meet at Dougherty Valley High School on the 18th. As such, health and School Officials have been giving parents of athletes who were at that meet, a heads up. They were urged to take their kids to the doctor to get antibiotics for meningitis, just as a precaution. Some students i talked to here feel like the situation is being handled the best it can be. Tortured the 10yearold boy Phillip Savopoulos in an effort to get money out of his father. Firefighters found phillip in his bed cut or beaten and doused with gasoline in the burning home.
