DEAL: The unit at Chamberhall Business Park A LEADING wholesaler is the latest addition to a busy Bury business park. Bosses at Youthstar Ltd are said to be relocating part of their North Manchester business to Chamberhall Business Park. The 40-year-old outfit has signed on for an 11,000 square foot unit at the St Mowden Developments site. Youthstar specialises in smoking accessories, batteries, toiletries, electricals. medicines and household goods. Paul Nolan, from Nolan Redshaw, one of the managing agents for the Bury location, has confirmed that the move leaves only limited space left at Chamberhall. He said: “This now leaves just two units remaining of 11,000 square feet each, and I am confident that in due course, this site will be fully let.
