opportunity to opt out and the requirement that the coverage, the cost of that coverage can t be shifted on an individual basis. so the prices couldn t be raised because they have a specific issue. a specific pre-existing condition. so a state could opt out of that obamacare regulation. now, the concern is that if a state opts out and you lose your coverage if you have pre-existing coverage, your prices are going to skyrocket. there s no guarantee that you have to be offered coverage that you d be able to afford it. now, in this bill, there s a provision that if you already have pre-existing coverage for a pre-existing condition, you will be grandfathered in. there s a protection right there. your plan will be carried over into the next iteration into health care, trumpcare, whatever you want to call it. those with preexisting coverage, a large percentage turn off and on plans. if you get off of your plan or if you move to another state, you lose that grandfathered status and, therefor
