Beelman appointed to president, general manager

DE GRAFF – The Board of Directors of Precision Custom Products, Inc. announced the appointment of Dawn A. Beelman as its new president and general manager.
PCPI, founded in 1976, is a DeGraff-based close‐tolerance thermoplastics molder focused on producing more than 2,500 high performance industrial components for a variety of global customers. The announcement was released by James Kerg, Jr., PCPI’s chairman and chief executive officer.
“Ms. Beelman has served PCPI for more than 35 years and epitomizes our company’s efforts to develop and promote our associates within our organization,” Kerg said. “Dawn has literally excelled in virtually every segment of our operations over three decades. Her experience, commitment and ability to develop and empower associates throughout our organization has been exceptional.”
Precision Custom Products announces promotions
DEGRAFF – Precision Custom Products, Inc., a custom plastic injection molder located in rural DeGraff, announced promotions effective Jan. 1.
Brett Paulins has been promoted from vice president of operations to senior vice president and chief operations officer. Paulins started as a part-time secondary associate in March 1995 before he graduated from Indian Lake High School. He has served as a press operator, set-up technician, process technician, shift supervisor, and process engineer, project manager and director of operations.
Paulins earned associate degrees from Rhodes State College in information technology networking and IT network security. He is responsible for all manufacturing operations and information technology systems.
