AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) - The Texas Panhandle Pet Savers recently received a tip of a possible hoarding situation.
This is not the first time they’ve dealt with these types of cases and say at this point nothing surprises them.
But, when they arrived, they found 34 dogs living in extremely dirty conditions and say it was so bad they had to double their masks because the smell was so strong.
