EATON A West Alexandria man was sentenced to nine months of incarceration after “continually victimizing [a woman] both physically and mentally” in Preble County Common Pleas Court Tuesday, April 27. Judge Stephen R. Bruns presided.
David A. Daniels, 42, pled guilty to charges of violating a protection order on April 13. According to a sentencing memorandum filed by Preble County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Gractia Manning, Daniels’ criminal record is “horrible,” and includes charges of domestic violence, theft, forgery and disturbing the peace in Montgomery and Preble County dating back to at least 1998.
