Udupi, Dec 17: The chaos created at the Legislative Council session has given rise to a sense of anguish in everyone. But Congressisation has been the reason behind it. In the past, a no-confidence motion had been moved against council speaker Shankaramurthy of the BJP. For the first time, an air of despair has been created and the Congress is directly responsible, said minister Kota Srinivas Poojary on Thursday December 17.
Replying to questions raised by media persons, he said that December 15 was the last day for taking up the no-confidence motion. âCouncil chairman Prathapchandra Shetty was restrained by the Congress leaders. Otherwise this episode would not have happened. Congress is indulging in these things because of pitiable position they are in now.
