New Assistant Superintendent for Business and Planning Denise L. Sandlinâs experience includes financial positions in Henrico County government and Chesterfield County and Petersburg schools. Her background in school system budgeting is very impressive, and she carries with her an outstanding reputation. Superintendent David Jeck An experienced financial manager will serve as the new Fauquier County Public Schools assistant superintendent for business and planning.
Coming from Chesterfield County schools, Denise L. Sandlin, 62, will start Feb. 15 in Fauquier at a salary of $138,000.
Ms. Sandlin will succeed Prashant Shrestha who resigned in December after almost five years in Fauquier to take a similar position with Spotsylvania County schools.
