DIBRUGARH: Despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation, Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited (BCPL) has been able to successfully and safely operate at more than 100 per cent capacity during the year 2020-21. Disclosing this before the media persons during an interactive session recently, the Managing Director (M.D), BCPL, Reep Hazarika claimed, The company has achieved turnover of Rs 2819 crore (unaudited) in the financial year 2020-21. Hazarika further stated that with achievement of 106 per cent capacity utilization BCPL produced 2.86 lakh MT of polymers and 60145 MT liquid hydro-carbons during year 2020-21 which were marketed to downstream industries achieving Polymer sales of 3.06 lakh MT.
