The vaccination process is in full swing nationwide, with the second phase commencing in various parts as the second wave of novel coronavirus continues to act as a huge threat for countrymen.
Throughout the course of Day 1 of Phase-II of the Covid vaccination drive, there remained many glitches that kept officials on their toes. Amid issues in CoWIN 2.0, many districts and municipal corporations like Ahmedabad and Vadodara opted against the commencement of the vaccination at private hospitals. Some of the glaring issues were online payment options, administrator dashboards and vaccine supply.

Ahmedabad: The state of Gujarat got 5.34 lakh doses of the Astra-Zeneca Covishield vaccine in two batches on January 12 and 13 from Serum Institute of India in Pune.
