Kapatadhaari has been leaked on Telegram and other piracy based websites. Well, the film has opened to a mixed response from the audience and critics alike. The sudden leak may highly affect its collection at the box office.
Directed by Pradeep Krishnamoorthy, the film revolves around a traffic police (played by Sumanth), who is on a mission to resolve a murder mystery, after he discovers the mortal remains of a person at a metro construction site.

The Tamil remake of Kannada film ‘Kavaludaari’ could have used more zing
Sakthi is a traffic cop whose hobby is to play chess. Early in the film, he triumphs in a game against a kid and says, “Oru sadhaarna sippai raja va adichittan (An ordinary soldier has won against the king).”

Kabadadaari is the official Tamil remake of Kannada hit
Kavaludaari. The Tamil version is a faithful remake but the director has tried to fasten the pace through a racy editing pattern to suit the taste of the Tamil audiences.
