The Supreme Court on Tuesday reserved its judgment on the plea by Prabir Purkayastha, the editor of NewsClick, who has challenged his arrest and remand by the Delhi Police in connection with a UAPA case.
The Supreme Court Thursday sought the response of the Delhi Police to the petitions filed by NewsClick founder Prabir Purkayastha and the news website's human resources head Amit Chakraborty against their police remand.
