PowerColor had recently launched the Radeon RX 6900 XT Liquid Devil Ultimate. For those wondering what the Ultimate signifies, basically, these are super-binned versions of the regular Liquid Devil, the best of the best silicon which are expected to reach the highest clocks possible. In fact, today, overclocking guru der8auer has set an all-time core clock speed record with the Liquid Devil Ultimate. And for that to be possible, the Ultimate has a card up its sleeve.
Unlike the regular Navi 21 XTX inside the other 6900 XTs, the Devil Ultimate and other such binned 6900 XT GPUs feature the Navi 21 XTXH, and the XTXH chips do not have the imposed 3GHz clock limit on them. Otherwise, this new record couldn t have existed as the Liquid Devil Ultimate was able to reach 3,225 MHz breaking the previous record of 3,012 MHz held by a GTX 1080.

PowerColor has unveiled the release date of the Liquid Devil , which is the AIB s flagship water-cooled graphics card model. The firm took to Twitter saying The wait is almost over!
although is it really? given how elusive 7nm AMD products and graphics cards, in general, have been.
The Liquid Devil Radeon RX 6000 series GPU will be launching in two days time on the 11th of March. While PowerColor hasn t disclosed which particular Radeon GPU will receive the Devil s love, speculation is ripe that both the 6800 XT and 6900 XT get the treatment.
