We saw a lot of rubber projectiles being used after demand by demand from police officers, asking these demonstrators, these protesters what we saw in the last couple of minutes is Portland Police officers, Oregon State Police officers, the local Sheriffs Office boxed in the group of protesters that is right here in the heart of downtown portland. Thats where we are now. This is the demonstrations began about 5 00 pacific time. And they went all around the city. We saw them marching across some of the major bridges here in town. And we also saw a lot of vandalism, as well. So this was dubbed a peaceful protest. Really it was for most o night until we saw what the Portland Police bureau is calling an anarchist group. Hundreds marched through milwaukee. I think America Needs to see this isnt a win. All these people out here are losing something. Were taking steps ba, that people care, but we need to do more than this. The group chanted not my president , as they made their way through the streets. Demonstrators say they are upset by tuesdays election outcome and are fighting back. Protesters say the president elect does not represent their values. Milwaukee police say no arrests were made and there were no major incidents. In madison thousands marched from the uw campus to the steps of frustration. The studentorganized march drew in students and visitors from across the state. It began with a rally on bascom hill, then marched to the Wisconsin State Capitol with rallying stops along the way.
