the same groups, whether it s lgbt, disabled brothers and sisters, jewish brothers and sisters. we deserve policy responses to our issues in this nation. and i want the president not because he s black but because he s the president. let s talk about these protests, marc. you ve participated in some of them. we ve been watching them from berkeley, california, to the streets of new york city, how long do you think this is going to last. you mentioned policy. is this going to change thing? i think that s the key. i want these marches and protests to continue until there is a concrete set of demands brought squarely to people in pow power. the genius of the 1960s protests is they were translated into concrete policy demands, whether it s public accommodation in 64, voting rights in 65. there was a goal to get a policy response to black misery and the entire nation s misery because we all suffer when that happens. that i want happen now. what you re seeing with the organizers is they
foresight, as you would imagine, said you don t take a lawsuit to a gunfight. while i don t necessarily agree with her. bill: some on the right are referring to impeachment. this isn t about impeachment. described trying to get the court reversed decisions they do not agree with and believe were made by executive abuse of pow power. republicans are huddling up to decide if they have this, federal courts don t give standing on court cases against the executives, they don t like resolving disputes between the legislative branch and indicative branch and certainly didn t do it previously. bill: they did a month ago. remember the recess appointments came down? let me get back to tyler on this, part of the issue for republicans is that obamacare
