The ten graduating seniors of the Charles County Youth Orchestra, Jasmin Ali, Christine Baker, Joseph Bonney, Kaylee Davis, Riley Dunbar, Helena Kijesky, Nathan Londres, James Olmsted, Lara Oribello, and Jaya Robinson were honored at the CCYO concert on Sunday, May 21.
CCYO’s annual Spring Concert on Sunday May 21, will begin at 3:30 p.m. and will be held at Thomas Stone High School, 3785 Leonardtown Rd, Waldorf, MD. This concert is free and open to the public.
Charles County Youth Orchestra, Osman Kivrak, Director with Encore Band, Takako Mato, Director; Encore Strings, Krisztina Noble, Director; and Prelude Strings, Teri Lazar, Director presents a Winter Concert on Sunday, February 20, 2022 at 3:30 p.m., and will be held at the Thomas Stone High School, 3785 Leonardtown Rd, Waldorf, MD.
The competition, which will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 5, 2021, will be held at Christ Church, 112 Charles Street in La Plata, MD. This year’s seven contestants will perform a recital before a distinguished panel of judges.
